1. What do you do with the poop?
The poop is double bagged in compostable trash bags, and then placed in a large paper bag and placed inside your outdoor trash bin.

2. How do I pay?
You will receive an invoice after your service where you can pay securely online using your debit or credit card. For re-occurring service, we will invoice you on a monthly basis.

3. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, we do not do contracts. You are free to cancel anytime.

4. Do I have to be home at the time of service?
No, you do not need to be home. We just need to know how to access your yard and the location of your outdoor trash bin.

5. When will you service my yard?
After you sign up for service we will let you know what day and timeframe to expect us. We will send a text notification when we are on the way, and again once we are done.
